LOL He has been having a lot of foot problems (he is completely flat-footed) and I thought anice relaxing foot soak was just what the Dr. ordered. He set up the foot bath and put about a handful of the soak into the hot water. The soak is basically an herbal milk bath and comes in a very fine powder. In the container, there is virtually no scent. Once it is added to water, the scent is very mild and smells of the essential oils themselves (2 types of chamomile and lavender). Hubby soaked his feet for probably about 15-20 minutes and then patted them dry. The soak softened his skin and his nails and made cutting his nails a breeze. This is no small feat as his toenails are super strong and thick and he ALWAYS has to soak his feet to cut them.
